Best Food Ever! "Soul Food" near Dudley Square.

Term grades were finished yesterday and I had an unheard of hour long lunch break/prep period today, so I decided to find a hidden gem of a sub shop. After a few blocks, I drove passed a place called "Soul Food" or that's what the placard proclaimed.
When I got out of the car, two men walked in the front door. By the time I was in the front door, they were already behind the giant wall of bullet-proof glass.

Update:
While they wouldn't serve me the first time I went (I think it was my pink dress shirt and salmon tie combo) I did go back and found out the most likely reason for the protective glass. My new theory is that hard core diabetics and sugar addicts frequently raid this place. Every recipe, for the red kool-aid (the only drink) to the bar-b-q sauce starts with a few pounds of sugar. I think the baked beans were suspended in a sugar solution and slightly boiled. But it was delicious in a way that only sugar coated fat can be.
