The golfer (Rory Sabbatini) who was absolutely smoked from contention after having claimed Tiger was "more beatable than ever" now downplays rumors of a conflict. Of course there is no conflict. You talked the talk, and then got a royal beat down. Now is the part where you are supposed to say, "I did something I thought was going to come off as cool, someone may have taken it the wrong way. I learned my lesson." Admit you got humbled before he humbles you again. After the reporters told Tiger what you said, it looked like the rest of the field could have played best ball and still gotten smoked.

At least the runner could use an excuse like, "We started with shots about four hours before the game."
Hey Rory, at least you and the other idiot managed to limp to the finish with something intact, even if it wasn't your pride.
